- The Basque Y is scheduled to be finished by 2013-2015.
- New City Link tracks project in Sydney, Australia are set to finish in 2015.
– The double track high-speed section from Holm to Nykirke on the Vestfold Line is expected to open.^[1]
- Conclusion of joint project between Turkey, Iran and Pakistan to build 5,000km freight link.^[2] Break-of-gauge arrangements to be confirmed.
